Mel Courtney

Mel Courtney serves as the Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer at CATAGEN LIMITED, a company focused on Net-Zero technologies, since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mel held various senior positions at Kingspan Global from September 2005 to April 2024, including Managing Director for Kingspan Water & Energy, overseeing 1450 employees and 17 sites. With extensive experience across multiple business units, Mel demonstrated a strong track record in leadership and operational development. Mel began the career as a Student Process Engineer at Montupet (UK) Ltd from September 2002 to August 2003. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Master of Engineering degree from Queen's University Belfast, complemented by studies at Chalmers University of Technology.
