Jeffrey C. Rawls

Mr. Rawls is the founding CEO of Catahoula Resources and a Senior Advisor for the Energy & Minerals Group (EMG), bringing 33 years of energy industry experience. Prior to joining EMG in 2008, Mr. Rawls served as Managing Director at Bear Energy, where he was responsible for identifying strategic midstream investments throughout North America; Vice President at Kinder Morgan, where he led a newly-created business team focused on developing midstream projects in the Rocky Mountain region, which included the development of the Rockies Express Pipeline; Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Tiger Midstream Investments; Vice President of Natural Gas Trading, Origination and Producer Services at Calpine Energy Services, L.P.; Mr. Rawls held various positions at Enron Corporation ranging from pipeline engineering to natural gas trading. In addition to serving as a Director of Catahoula Resources, LLC, Mr. Rawls is a director on several other portfolio companies of the capital sponsor. Mr. Rawls graduated from the Louisiana State University with a BS in Petroleum Engineering in 1987. He received an MBA from the University of Houston in 1997.
