Shyra Broughton

Shyra Broughton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in case management and emergency medical services. Currently serving as a BHU Case Manager at Eliot Community Human Services since April 2019, Shyra also provides intensive case management for individuals living independently in the community. Shyra's experience includes roles as an EMT and Communications Specialist with Cataldo Ambulance Service, as well as previous positions in residential counseling and case management at various organizations such as Northeast Behavioral Health and Girls Incorporated of Lynn. Shyra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from UMASS Lowell and has continued education in emergency response and EMT-Basic certification.
