Alessandra Rispoli

Alessandra Rispoli has an extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Alessandra is currently the Vice President Global Operations Clinical and Managing Director at Catalent Pharma Solutions, responsible for overseeing clinical supply sites across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC. Alessandra also served as the Vice President Operations Clinical for Catalent, overseeing clinical supply sites in the US, UK, and Europe. Additionally, they were the Vice President of Operations for Cell & Gene Therapy at Catalent, responsible for managing manufacturing and business operations for cell and gene therapy sites in Europe. Prior to their time at Catalent, Rispoli worked as a consultant in the pharma business and held roles as Vice President of Global Operations Cell Therapy at Kiadis Pharma and Site Manager at West Pharmaceutical Services. Alessandra also has experience in leadership roles at Biotest AG and sanofi-aventis. Rispoli began their career as a Compliance Expert at Hoechst Marion Roussel in Italy before moving on to other roles in the industry.

Alessandra Rispoli completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management and Leadership from MBA University of Bad Homburg, Germany, from October 2012 to April 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a Ph.D. Program in "Business and Behavioral Sciences" at Università degli Studi "G. d'Annunzio" Chieti - Pescara, starting in 2021. Additionally, they have held research fellow positions at Harvard-Boston University in the Department of Cutaneous Biology Research Center and at the University of Medicine in L'Aquila, Italy, in Experimental Medicine, Molecular Pathology. Alessandra also holds a Dr. degree in Molecular Biology (summa cum laude) from the University of Science in L'Aquila, Italy. Alessandra has also completed an Executive Program in Business Strategy and Financial Performance at INSEAD.
