Gavin Yates

Gavin Yates has extensive experience in project management and customer service within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Program Director at Catalent Pharma Solutions since December 2010, where responsibilities include defining capabilities, implementing cross-selling strategies, and training project managers. Prior roles at Catalent include Director of Customer Service Excellence, Operations Director, and Director of Project Management, contributing significantly to customer relationship management and project execution. Prior to Catalent, Gavin worked at Lonza as a Project Manager, overseeing multisite projects for therapeutic drug products. Gavin holds a degree from the University of Birmingham.
