Ian Bilodeau

Ian Bilodeau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and management within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions since January 2013, Ian also held roles as Vice President of Sales Force Effectiveness & Commercial Operations and Director of Commercial Operations and Pricing. Prior to this, Ian had a decade-long tenure at GE Healthcare, where responsibilities included Commercial Operations Manager and leading the America - Ultrasound Service team. Ian was instrumental in process improvements and deploying the Net Promoter Score metric at GE Healthcare. Ian's earlier career also includes an associate position with GE Corporate Audit Staff. Academically, Ian holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Université de Sherbrooke.
