Jon Needels

Jon Needels is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as an Account Director at Catalent since October 2025, Jon previously worked as an Account Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific from April 2021 to October 2025, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of accounts and achieving over 160% of sales quota in 2022.
