Matthew Mollan

Matthew Mollan has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Matthew began their career as a Research Scientist at Carter-Wallace Inc in 1993. Matthew then joined Parke Davis, Warner-Lambert Inc in 1995, where they served as a Research Associate and later became the Leader of the Continuous Processing Technology team. In 2000, they moved to Parke-Davis, Warner-Lambert Inc as a Senior Research Associate, where they assisted the department leader and led a product enhancement program. In 2001, they joined Pfizer (Warner-Lambert/Parke-Davis) as an Associate Director, leading a department focused on the development of novel dosage form manufacturing technologies. Matthew then held various roles at Pfizer Global Research and Development, including Associate Director, Technology Development and Assessment, Director, Candidate Enabling and Development, and Senior Director, Research Formulations. In 2007, they joined Aptuit as the Senior Director of Pharmaceutical Development & Manufacturing, where they led a large department and was responsible for budget and P&L. Matthew currently works as the Vice President Early Phase Development OSD at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they lead a large group and has operational and business development accountability for growth and compliance with a focus on oral prescription products. Overall, Matthew Mollan has gained diverse experience in leadership, formulation, manufacturing, and strategic planning throughout their career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Matthew Mollan pursued their education from 1986 to 1993 at Rutgers University. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and also completed a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
