Nicole Gerard

Nicole Gerard is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the Director of Launch Excellence and Customer Service at Catalent Pharma Solutions since February 2017. In this role, Nicole manages the Ontario division of the Launch Team, overseeing new product launches, product line extensions, post-launch changes, and technical transfers across two manufacturing sites. Prior to this, Nicole held various positions at Accucaps Industries Ltd. from June 2006 to February 2017, including Program Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed corporate project management and product launches across dual sites. Earlier experience includes engineering roles at Ferrous Processing and Trading, starting as a Design Engineer from May 2003 to June 2006. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
