Rachel Benington

Rachel Benington has a strong background in the pharmaceutical and biomedical fields, currently serving as the Global Process Lead for Performance Management at Catalent Pharma Solutions since June 2020. Rachel has held multiple roles within the same company, including Staging Supervisor as a GOLD Associate, S&OP Implementation Associate, and Continuous Improvement Engineer. Prior experience includes a Production Intern position at Catalent Pharma Solutions and an internship at RS Biomedical Limited. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, completed in 2020.
