Sally Barbato has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Procurement Compliance & e-Commerce at Catalent Pharma Solutions since April 2006. Throughout their tenure, Sally has held various leadership roles, including Director of Procurement EU & North America, Global Category Manager, and UK Procurement Lead, where responsibilities included developing strategic initiatives to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency with a managed spend exceeding $50 million. Earlier roles included significant positions at Cardinal Health, with a focus on planning and customer service. Sally holds a Certified Production & Inventory Management certification from APICS and has a strong educational background from The Ridgeway School in Swindon.
