Erin Aviles, LMFT, currently serves as Clinical Quality Manager and Clinical Quality Reviewer at Catalight since November 2018, contributing to the transformation of health care operations to enhance quality care delivery. Previously, Erin held positions as Clinical Quality Reviewer and Quality Assurance Auditor at Easterseals Bay Area, and worked as a Student Support Counselor at Monte Vista High School, focusing on mental health support for students. Earlier experience includes serving as a Mental Health Therapist at Fred Finch Youth Center, working with diverse age groups, and completing an MFT traineeship with a focus on school-based services. Erin holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Saint Mary's College of California and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
