Samantha Fryer

Samantha Fryer, MBA, CPHQ, serves as the Senior Vice President of Quality & Internal Audit at Catalight, a role held since January 2016, where significant achievements include leading Quality Assurance programs, implementing a Shared Services Model, and chairing the Quality Committee. Prior roles encompass Vice President of Quality and Risk Management and Director of Quality Improvement & Risk Management, focusing on creating and managing Quality Improvement activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, Samantha is a CARF Accreditation Surveyor, conducting accreditation surveys for organizations. As the Executive Director of Diablo Actors' Ensemble, Inc., since 2007, responsibilities involve managing budgets, marketing, fundraising events, and education programs, as well as personnel management. Previous experience includes senior director roles focused on quality improvement at Bay Area Community Services and administrative leadership at Fred Finch Youth Center. Samantha holds an MBA in Executive Leadership and a BA in Performing Arts from Saint Mary's College of California.
