Caroline Foulger

Caroline is a Chartered Accountant and was a partner with PwC Bermuda for 18 years, specializing in serving the insurance and reinsurance industry with assurance and advisory services.

She has been an Independent Director of Catalina since 2014 and chairs our Audit Committee as well as being a member of our Conflicts Committee. Alongside this role she is also an Independent Director at several other Boards in the financial services sector at each of which she chairs either the Audit Committee or the Governance Committee.

Caroline is a graduate of University College, University of London and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
