Nick Flores

Nick Flores has extensive work experience in the IT field. Nick started their career as an IT Specialist at MCI Corporation in 1989, where they managed network solutions for external clients and implemented various voice and data technologies. Nick then moved on to roles such as Network Design Engineer and Manager of Regional IT Operations, where they oversaw network professionals and provided support for internal call centers. Nick also worked as a Manager of CTI Strategy & Initiatives, implementing Genesys CTI components for outsourcing partners. Nick later worked as a Senior Manager of IT Operations, responsible for call center technology and facilities management. Nick then joined Catalina Marketing as a Sr. Network Engineer, Director of NOC & Infrastructure Support, and Manager of IT Support Services, where they managed various technical teams and implemented video conferencing and VDI solutions.

Nick Flores attended MacCormac College, but no specific degree or field of study was provided. In addition, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate from The Cabinet Office - AMPG in 2013. Nick also received certifications in "Learning Microsoft 365 Copilot" and "What Is Generative AI?" from LinkedIn in 2024.
