Steve Kafkas

Steve Kafkas currently serves as the Senior Director of New Business Omni-Channel Solutions at Catalina USA since March 2024, having previously held the position of Director in the same field. Prior to joining Catalina USA, Steve Kafkas worked at Epsilon from June 2021 to March 2024 as a Client Development Manager for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), where responsibilities included prospecting and onboarding new CPG brands for programmatic campaigns while leveraging purchase-based data for strategic audience and channel recommendations. Steve Kafkas also gained experience as a Business Development Representative at Epsilon, where lead sourcing and brand-agency relationship management were key focuses. Additionally, Steve Kafkas was the President of the Economics Student Association at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a focus on History and Personal Finance was obtained.
