Since Joining Testronic in 2007 Erik Hittenhausen has progressed from the level of QA Localisation Technician all the way up to Chief Service Officer. Erik is responsible for overseeing delivery side of the entire spectrum of Testronic’s games services as a driving force for continuous improvement and best practices.
