Jeff Goodwin

Jeff Goodwin is an experienced project manager and technical solutions expert with a strong background in managing implementations and providing technical support. Currently serving as the Implementations Project Manager at CATALIS since July 2022, Jeff is responsible for overseeing the implementation of custom web-based payment solutions and ensuring thorough documentation and stakeholder communication. Prior to this, Jeff spent over 16 years at Carestream Dental, where various roles included Technical Solutions Manager, Implementation Specialist II, and Technical Support Representative II, focusing on team management, client training, and support escalation, leading to significant improvements in customer service metrics. Jeff began a career in technology and customer service at Planet Label in 2003. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Certificate in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University.
