Rachel Stowers is a Data Quality Assurance Engineer at Catalist since July 2022, specializing in data quality assessments, issue identification, and testing procedures using SQL and various data management tools. Prior experience includes a Client Services Specialist role at NGP VAN, where Rachel supported clients with software training and troubleshooting, and a Civic Data Intern position with the Minnesota DFL Party, managing statewide voter files and providing technical assistance. Rachel has also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and Notetaker at Arizona State University, supporting student learning. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Eastern University and multiple degrees from Arizona State University, including a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Family and Human Development, along with a Certificate in Environmental Education.
