Youngkyu Kim is an experienced professional specializing in international startup ecosystems and market consulting in Korea. Currently serving as the Korea Country Manager at Catallyze since January 2022, Youngkyu focuses on developing the startup environment and providing consultancy services for optimal growth strategies. In addition, Youngkyu acts as an Advisor for the Korea Market, addressing high venture failure rates and advocating for stakeholder-centric solutions. As a Global Marketer at Importingfromkorea since April 2017, Youngkyu is involved in projects related to veterinary testing products. Previous roles include Managing Director at Fashionmirror and VR, where Youngkyu imported and exported products, and Consultant at the Overseas Korea Trade Association from 2002 to 2017. Youngkyu holds a Master’s degree in Information Communication from the University of Wollongong.
