Cynthia Tate

Cynthia Tate has extensive experience in environmental health services and management, currently serving as the Manager of Environmental Health Services at ThedaCare for the TCA and TCN campuses, while also holding the position of Vice President of EHS at THARIO BUILDING SERVICES, INC. since January 2018. In addition, Cynthia is the Director of Environmental Health Services at HHS and has served in various roles at ThedaCare since 2005, including Supervisor of Plant Operations. Cynthia is also a System Facilitator for Lean at ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value and a Death Investigator for Waupaca County. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UW Oshkosh, and a certification in Medicolegal Death Investigation from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
