Stephen Gunning

Stephen Gunning is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the tech and healthcare sectors. As Co-Founder and Chairman of Thrive.App Ltd since January 2011, Stephen has been instrumental in developing an employee engagement and communications SaaS platform. Additionally, since September 2011, Stephen has served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Catalyst Inc, providing guidance to early-stage tech ventures. Prior roles include General Manager of Cardiac Informatics at Philips Healthcare from April 2008 to June 2009, where Stephen facilitated the integration of Tomcat Systems into Philips after its acquisition. Stephen co-founded Tomcat Systems in 1998, leading the company as CEO until 2008, focusing on innovative computerized patient record systems for healthcare. Stephen's academic credentials include a Mini MBA from London Business School and a Fellowship in Chartered Accountancy from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
