Bob Biel

Bob Biel is the Group Vice President of Human Resources at Catalyst Brands LLC, a position they have held since the merger of SPARC Group and JCPenney in January 2025. With extensive experience in the retail industry, Bob has previously served in senior HR roles at SPARC Group, FULLBEAUTY Brands, and Aeropostale, showcasing strong skills in Talent Management, Recruitment, and Performance Management. They began their career in human resources at May Department Stores and later held positions at Kohl's and Macy's. Bob is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
