Lynne Coleman

Lynne Coleman is an experienced leader in product development and services, currently serving as Vice President of Product Development and Product Services at Catalyst Brands LLC since January 2025. Previously, Lynne held various leadership roles at JCPenney from June 1994 to January 2025, including Vice President of Product Development & Product Services and Sr. Divisional Director in multiple areas such as Private Brands and Global Product Services. Throughout the career, Lynne has overseen extensive product development processes across numerous brand portfolios, driving significant revenue growth and enhancing brand strategies. Lynne holds education from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and has pursued executive education at Kellogg.
