Elycia Mulholland Graves is a seasoned professional in research and data analysis, currently serving as Director of Research & Data Analysis at Catalyst California since January 2019, following roles as Associate Director and Manager in the same field. Prior experience includes managing data and policy at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and serving as a Policy Specialist and Research Analyst at the same organization. Elycia also worked as the Lead Research Analyst at Community Coalition, focusing on key program areas, and held various research-focused positions at UCLA, including Research Associate and Graduate Teaching Assistant. Elycia holds a Master's degree in Public Policy & Social Welfare from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
