Jeremy Payne

Jeremy Payne is a seasoned policy analyst with extensive experience in public service and community advocacy. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Analyst at Catalyst California since February 2023, Jeremy previously held the position of Associate Governmental Program Analyst in the Civil Rights Enforcement Section at the California Department of Justice from August 2022 to February 2023. With a strong background in program management as the Associate Program Director at Equality California, Jeremy oversaw various community empowerment initiatives and grants from August 2017 to March 2022. Earlier roles include Production Director at HSG Campaigns, where Jeremy managed campaign operations and communications from September 2012 to February 2017, and a Field District Intern at the City of Los Angeles. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UCLA and studied at Santa Monica College.
