Additionally, AJ is a Global Board Member at buildOn, committed to combating poverty through service and education, and a Board Member at StackSource, a tech-enabled commercial real estate loan platform. As the founder and owner of Built on Hospitality, a restaurant group in Charlotte, NC, and the former founder of Air Hospitality, AJ has a strong entrepreneurial background. AJ’s experience also includes founding Capstone Companies, the largest privately owned multi-family investment sales brokerage in the U.S., where over $1 billion in sales and 10,000+ units have been represented. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Cultural Studies from the University of Wollongong.
