Troy Deselms

Troy Deselms has extensive experience in finance, particularly in project finance roles, currently serving as Associate Director of Project Finance at Catalyst Clinical Research since January 2021. Prior positions include Project Finance Manager and Finance Project Manager at the same company, as well as leadership as President at AT&T Cellular Connections. Prior to these roles, Troy held various positions at PPD from December 2016 to January 2021, culminating as Principal Financial Analyst in Operations Finance, and also served as Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst II in Operations Finance. Troy graduated from the College of Charleston in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Sales, Merchandising and Related Marketing Operations.
