Miranda Pratt is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter at Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union since June 2018, Miranda manages the staffing process for various positions and supports hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle. Previously, Miranda worked as a Human Resources Generalist for the Texas Department of Transportation, assisting supervisors and effectively communicating with employees on various HR issues. Miranda's career began with a Human Resources Internship, alongside roles in Texas Tech Hospitality, where skills in organization and customer service were honed. Miranda holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
