Caitlin Hancock

Caitlin Hancock is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the School Based Therapist District Lead at Catalyst Counseling, LLC since August 2020, following five years as a School Based Therapist at Lighthouse Youth Services. Prior roles include serving as a Server at Arthur's Cafe and a Pro Bono Counselor Intern at Mental Health America, where Caitlin provided individual therapy sessions. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Northern Kentucky Regional Mental Health Court, where responsibilities included conducting mental health treatment and case management for severely mentally ill adults. Caitlin also served as a Children's Services Caseworker at Hamilton County Job and Family Services, managing a caseload of families at risk of abuse and neglect. Caitlin began their career as an Undergrad Intern at Hamilton County Children's Services. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati.
