Brandi Williams

Brandi Williams, FAADOM, has extensive experience in the dental industry. Brandi currently works as the VP of Growth at Catalyst Dental Allies, where they partner with newly acquired dentists and dental teams, oversees the Central Billing Office, and handles credentialing and insurance fee negotiations. Previously, they served as the Director of Operations at Catalyst Dental Allies, working alongside the doctor/owner to grow the organization and implementing various systems and processes.

Brandi also held roles at AADOM | American Association of Dental Office Management, where they served as the Founding President of the Central Oklahoma chapter, overseeing the chapter board and organizing continuing education events for dental professionals. Prior to that, they worked at Dental Depot as the Director of Clinical Operations, leading daily operations, implementing internship programs, and creating a management training program. Brandi also worked as the Manager of Operations at Dental Depot, focusing on patient care and satisfaction and fostering a positive team environment.

Earlier in their career, Brandi worked at Grand Dental Studio as a Treatment Coordinator, where they presented treatment and financial options to patients and helped the practice achieve top-producing status.
