Chris Baughman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chris started their career as a Project Manager at Clark Builders Group in 2007 and worked there until 2011. Chris then joined Essilor of America in 2012 as a Varilux Brand Intern. Chris continued their journey at Essilor and held multiple positions such as Senior Associate Marketing Manager, Inside Sales Manager, National Account Manager, and Strategic Project Manager within the IDD and IIG departments. Chris worked at Essilor until 2021. Currently, Chris Baughman is serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Catalyst Dental Allies, starting from August 2021.
Chris Baughman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning from Brigham Young University (2004-2007) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from SMU Cox School of Business (2011-2013).
