Jason Minich

Jason Minich is an experienced fitness and nutrition entrepreneur, currently serving as the Owner of Upward Nutrition since January 2024, and has owned Catalyst Fitness since May 2006 and Summit City Fitness since December 2017. Previously, Jason was the Host of the Smart Fitness Show, a popular weekly program focused on fitness, nutrition, and motivation, from February 2008 to January 2019. Early in their career, Jason gained valuable experience as the Assistant General Manager at Gold's Gym from 2002 to 2004, overseeing daily operations, membership sales, and personal training management. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wellness from Taylor University, earned from 1998 to 2002.
