David Favor

CEO/President at Catalyst Group

David Favor began their career in 1964 with IBM, where they held the roles of Manager System Assurance and System Assurance. In 2000, they joined the Catalyst Group as CEO/President, where they provided mentorship and business management for law firms, as well as strategic consulting, business plan and marketing strategy development, and training on self mastery, strategic planning, high performance teams, and staff development. In 2008, they began working as a Technical Consultant for Leone Noble & Seate.

David Favor attended Capital Institute of Technology from 1962 to 1964, where they earned an AAS in Electronics. David then returned to the same school from 1966 to 1968 to pursue a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, but did not complete the degree. David does not have any additional certifications.
