Danielle Smith, RN, MSN, FRE, CPHQ, currently serves as Chief Nursing Officer at Catalyst Health Group and as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Turner Syndrome Society of the United States. With extensive experience in nursing leadership and clinical operations, Danielle previously held the position of Chief Nursing Officer at VillageMD, where responsibilities included steering clinical operations across over 350 clinics. Danielle’s career trajectory includes roles as VP of Clinical Operations and Director of Clinical Operations at VillageMD, Practice Administrator at Advanced Dermatology MD, and Director of Client Operations at Premise Health. Additionally, Danielle has demonstrated expertise in healthcare operations as Director of Healthcare Operations at Hotze Health & Wellness Center and Director of Monitoring for the Louisiana State Board of Nursing. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing-Health Care Systems Management from Loyola University New Orleans, a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
