Randy Showalter

Randy Showalter serves as the Clinical Data Conversion Manager at Catalyst Health Group, focusing on the migration of data from former Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to the Catalyst Platform since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Integration Support Manager and Senior Integration Engineer at Aledade, Inc., Integration Technical Lead at Conifer Health Solutions, and EMR Data Integration Developer at both IBM and Phytel, where skills in SQL, VB.NET, and SSIS were utilized to integrate customer EMR data. Previous positions also include Computer Systems Analyst at Interface People, LP, and Application Analyst at St. Mary's General Hospital, contributing to the design and implementation of EHR products and systems. In addition to a robust technology background, Showalter co-owned and directed Showalter Design, focusing on custom web applications, and volunteered as a tenor with Opera Hamilton while also teaching elementary-level students with special needs. Randy Showalter holds a B.Eng.Mgt in Electrical Engineering & Management from McMaster University.
