Chad Harvey

Chad Harvey, CPA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as a Partner and Senior Vice President at Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate since May 2014. Previous roles include Director of Finance and Administration at Guardian Pharmacy, where responsibilities encompassed managing the revenue and billing process, financial analysis, and contract negotiations. Chad has held director-level positions in accounting at Healthways and the University of Evansville, focusing on financial statement preparation and compliance with accounting principles. Earlier in career, Chad worked at BKD, LLP in various capacities, including Supervisor and Senior Accountant, engaging in audits and consulting projects. A Bachelor of Science in Accounting was earned from the University of Evansville in 1998.
