Steve Lefkovits

Steve Lefkovits is currently an advisor at Catalyst Housing Group. Prior to that, they were with RealtyCom Partners and BRE Properties.

At RealtyCom Partners, Steve was responsible for maximizing the income from multifamily owners’ telecom marketing rights for phone, video and internet. Steve worked with a team of specialists in financial analysis, project management, telecom engineering, business process and negotiation to help clients renegotiate valid contracts and find money hidden in property portfolios nationwide.

Before joining RealtyCom Partners, Steve was the Senior Vice President of Technology Initiatives at BRE Properties from January 2000 to December 2001. In this role, they provided comprehensive assistance to multifamily developers with wiring specs, equipment contributions and timely revenue negotiations. Steve also negotiated service provider agreements and made sure they were comprehensive and included planning for back-end and front-end applications such as life-safety equipment, common area wifi and fitness facilities.
