Pat Billingham

Pat Billingham is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in governance and risk management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at B+CE Group since September 2018, Pat chairs the Group Audit and Risk Committee and also holds board positions at People's Financial Services Ltd. and B+CE Insurance Ltd. As Vice-Chair of Catalyst Housing Limited, Pat played a pivotal role in the merger with Aldwyck Housing, contributing to the management of 35,000 properties.
