Laura Keane Ebeling is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and merchandising across multiple retail and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Fractional Integrator (COO) at CATALYST Integrators™ since March 2023, Laura specializes in helping companies implement the EOS® framework. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Integrator at All Volleyball, Inc., Vice President of Merchandising, and Vice President of Purchasing at Leon Uniform Company. Early experience includes key positions in merchandising, product development, and purchasing at notable companies such as Build-A-Bear Workshop and Macy's Midwest. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile and Apparel Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
