H S Vishwanath has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. H S Vishwanath started their career as an Assistant Production Manager at Brooke Bond India Ltd in 1989. From there, they moved on to Titan Industries Ltd as a Purchase Manager, responsible for the procurement of raw materials and managing contract manufacturing. In 1996, they joined Levi Strauss India Pvt Ltd as an Inventory and Production Planning Manager. After that, they took on the role of Country Sourcing Manager at the same company in 2000. In 2014, Vishwanath became the Senior Director of Product Development and Sourcing, leading a $600 million business out of South Asia. H S Vishwanath'srole included developing and executing strategic business plans and budgets. Currently, they are working as the Social Business Director at Catalyst Management Services since 2022.

H S Vishwanath attended Frank Anthony Public school from 1977 to 1982. From 1984 to 1989, they pursued a Mechanical Engineering degree (B.E) at RV College of Engineering.
