Lauren Solosky

Lauren Solosky, MHRM, SPHR, STA, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Catalyst MedTech since December 2022. Previously, Lauren worked at Argo AI as a People Operations Business Partner for a brief period, overseeing People Operations for Software Engineering Teams before the company's dissolution. Prior experience includes holding the role of Supervisor of Talent Acquisition at WVU Medicine, where management of a team of 10 Recruiters was integral to supporting various departments within a Trauma Level I Academic Medical Center. Lauren has also served as Director of Human Resources at HCR ManorCare, managing HR operations, and has experience in recruitment and employee relations at Old Navy and Target. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University and a BA in English and History from Saint Vincent College.
