David Domann

David Domann is a legal and business professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and real estate sectors. As Principal at Catalyst Network Services, LLC since January 2011, David Domann leads infrastructure real estate services, focusing on site deployment, program management, and lease management for various communications operators and solar development. Prior to this role, David Domann served as the Director of the Lease Management Division at Black & Veatch from September 2007 to November 2010, where David Domann managed and developed the division following its acquisition. David Domann also was a Partner at Richard Connor Riley & Associates from 1993 to 2007, specializing in wireless telecommunications law, including land use and leasing, and overseeing the acquisition and permitting of numerous cell site leases nationwide. David Domann holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University.
