Beryl Shoemaker

Beryl Shoemaker is a Product Development Specialist at Catalyst Nutraceuticals, focusing on flavor formulation and development for various dietary supplements and sports nutrition products since January 2024. Prior to this role, Beryl completed an internship at E. & J. Gallo Winery from July 2022 to December 2022, where responsibilities included evaluating Ready-To-Drink (RTD) formulations, facilitating product tastings, and applying Gas Chromatography Olfactometry (GC-O) techniques to enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction. Beryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from North Carolina State University.
