Aline Racic

Aline Racic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and business development, particularly within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the VP of Programs & Initiatives at Catalyst of San Diego & Imperial Counties since January 2023, Aline previously held various roles at Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest, Inc., including Agency Project Manager, Senior Analyst, Director of Strategy Management and Social Enterprise, and Strategy Management Manager. Aline's expertise encompasses managing complex projects, analyzing financial data, and developing strategic business plans. Additionally, Aline served as Associate Artistic Administrator at Houston Grand Opera and holds a BA in Music from Grinnell College, an MBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University, and a Project Management Certification from UC San Diego.
