Raymond Ellis

Raymond Ellis is an experienced board member and leader in the non-profit sector, currently serving as Chair of the Regional Task Force on Homelessness and President of The Parker Foundation, which supports non-profit organizations in San Diego County. With a commitment to philanthropy, Raymond is also a board member of Catalyst of San Diego & Imperial Counties and was previously involved with Neighborhood House Association as a past board member. Raymond's extensive professional background includes leadership roles such as President of the San Diego City Employees Retirement System, Board Chair at Second Chance, and CEO of MC Direct, a prominent direct response agency. Raymond holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a B.A. in History and Education from Christopher Newport University.
