Sarah Lyman

Sarah Lyman serves as the Executive Director of Alliance Healthcare Foundation since July 2019, focusing on advancing health and wellness for under-resourced populations in San Diego and Imperial counties. In addition, Sarah is a Mayoral Appointee to the San Diego Middle Income Housing Working Group, contributing to the development of housing solutions for middle-income residents. Sarah is also a Board Member of Catalyst of San Diego & Imperial Counties. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President, Vice President of Strategy and Operations, and Senior Program Officer at Empire Health Foundation, where Sarah led strategic initiatives with significant community impact. Earlier roles include Account Executive at Quinn Group Advertising and various positions at the YMCA. Sarah holds a Business Administration degree from Western Washington University and an MBA from Eastern Washington University.
