Katie Seiffert has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Katie currently holds the position of Director & COO at Catalyst Opportunity Funds since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Finance at M2G Ventures from April 2019 to January 2020. From May 2016 to April 2019, they served as Vice President Asset Management at Fortress Investment Group, where they managed real estate equity and debt positions totaling $720 million and $550 million, respectively. Before that, they worked as a Portfolio Management Senior Analyst at L&B Realty Advisors, LLP from September 2013 to May 2016, where they were involved in the portfolio management of 24 real estate assets totaling $4.7 billion. Katie'sexperience spans across various asset types including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and hotel properties.
Katie Seiffert obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from Oregon State University between 2009 and 2011.
