Logan Naidu is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. As the Founder and Group CEO of Kernel Global since September 2019, Logan has established a multi-brand recruitment ecosystem that focuses on fostering human relationships and investing in high-potential recruitment businesses. Additionally, Logan serves as Group CEO of Catalyst Partners, specializing in global HR Search and Recruitment. Logan also leads Dartmouth Partners, which operates under a unique "Classroom to Boardroom" model and has received multiple awards. Other roles include Group CEO of Pure Search, Owner/Board Member of CityButler, and Founding and Managing Partner of Cornell Partnership. Logan's early career includes roles in Corporate Finance at PwC and as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Logan holds a degree from the University of Birmingham.
