Tara Bey

Tara Bey has a strong background in quality assurance and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry. Their most recent role was as a VP of Quality at Catalyst Pharmaceuticals, where they oversaw the development and implementation of GxP quality strategies for clinical studies and marketed products. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Quality at the same company. Tara also held positions at AstraZeneca, United Therapeutics, UCB Pharma, Facet Technologies LLC, and Bard Davol, where they gained extensive experience in overseeing quality management systems, conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Tara's expertise spans across a wide range of areas including GMP, GDP, GLP, GVP, and GCP, and they have successfully led teams and implemented quality systems to support manufacturing, R&D, and product development.

Tara Bey holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Textile Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Tara has also obtained various certifications, including the Leadership Development Program - Accelerate from UCB in 2015, the Leadership Development Program - Leadership Pathways from UCB in 2012, the Certified Quality Engineer from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2000, and the Certified Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor from RABQSA International.
